Why We Invested
Patients with limb loss suffer from poor quality of life outcomes with current prosthetics, most of which are limited in capability, while more advanced prosthetics are only accessible in research settings. Phantom Neuro’s implantable sensors attempt to overcome decades-old challenges and give patients lifelike control of limbs that is safe and commercially viable. We believe that the company’s team, led by physician Connor Glass, can deliver a radical improvement in the quality of prosthetic devices for amputees, including our veterans.
